Shipping

Every TruliJuli piece is made and shipped by hand from our studio. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or limited drops, processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll note this on the product page when it applies.

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Standard: 3–7 business days after processing
• Priority: 2–3 business days after processing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected speed.

International shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out at juli@trulijulidesigns.com.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days (domestic) or 21+ business days (international), email us and we'll help sort it out.
