Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair
• In original condition with any tags still attached

How to start a return

Email juli@trulijulidesigns.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable service — we can't refund items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale items

Limited drops, sale items, and any items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — repair, replacement, or full refund.
